Chad Bell, Owner
Chad started Bell Landscaping in 1990 and has successfully set the landscaping industry to the highest standard. While growing to one of the top landscaping contractors in the state, he has completed thousands of projects in the residential, commercial & industrial sectors. Chad runs the day-to-day operations, managing over 90 employees & works closely with customers and employees to make sure each project is completed to the Bell Landscaping standard.
Ron Zolinski, General Manager
Ron is Bell Landscaping’s General Manager. He oversees the Project Managers and is our Commercial Estimator. With over two decades of extensive project management experience, he is an expert in estimating, planning, and bid proposals with strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. From estimating to onsite needs, Ron is your point of contact for everything landscape related.
Mark Zwerk, Landscape Designer
Mark is your go to person for Residential Landscape Design, Estimating, and Project Management. He has a formal background in Architectural Design and has several decades designing homes and landscaping. Whether you have a specific design or want us to create a whole new look, Mark will know exactly what plant life & Hardscape will best fit your needs.
Min Kim, Landscape Architect
Min graduated from the University of Illinois with his Bachelors in Landscape Architecture. He has brought a fresh new look to Bell Landscaping. Whether you have a concept design or want us to custom design your outdoor oasis, Min can put it all into perspective in a colorful form for you to visually see what your paradise will look like.
Josh Blohm, Senior Project Manager
Josh joined Bell Landscaping in 2017 and is responsible for preparing residential/commercial bids, inspecting and evaluating project sites, and coordinating the implementation and maintenance of projects. He collaborates with job site superintendents, attends bid meetings, and facilitate material orders. Josh is our liaison between customer & crew.
Katie Griffore, Account Manager
Katie has been with Bell Landscaping since 2010. She manages the Accounting & HR departments all while maintaining customer relationships throughout the Tri-Cities. Katie has been a great asset to Bell Landscaping and continues to innovate us with new more effective and efficient ways to be successful. Katie’s brilliance has simplified our business process, workflow & less paper usage throughout our company. An environmental plus in the green industry!
Nichol Cook, Project Manager Assistant
Nichol is the first point of contact when you call Bell Landscaping. You will find her at the front desk maintaining the office. She helps address questions and concerns for customers while assisting the Project Managers with Estimating. Nichol also manages all our social media, on-line presence, Employee Relations & communication throughout Bell Landscaping. Her talent shines while showcasing our company & projects.
Parker Morley, General Manager: Lawn & Fertilizer Division
Parker manages all Lawn & Fertilizer Crews. He is responsible for providing consultative sales to property managers, commercial representatives, HOAs/Boards, and their landscaping committees. While maintaining the Bell Landscaping standards, Parker oversees over 40 lawn care professionals making sure all accounts are satisfied with our services. Parker also is our Lead Estimator for all snow removal services.
James McGillis, Assistant Manager: Lawn & Fertilizer Division
James assists Parker in all aspects of our Lawn, Fertilizer & Snow Divisions. He manages the residential lawn customers. From estimating to in the field helping the law crews, James is a great asset to the Lawn & Fertilizer Department. Whether you have concerns about your lawn or fertilizer James has almost a decade of lawn experience & can handle all of our customer needs.
Zack Parker, Fertilizer Manager
You can find Zack both in the field applying fertilizer and, in the office providing estimates for fertilizing your lawn. State certified, Zack brings a lot of knowledge to Bell Landscaping on how to make your lawn not only green but healthy. From disease & pests to insects, Zack can inspect your lawn to ensure growth and lush color.
